Our kitchen remodel exceeded every expectation. Locali built our ADU from start to finish - permits, design, construction, everything. The 800 sq ft unit is beautiful and was rented within a week for $3,000 a month. Rafi guided us through the entire permitting process and the quality of the finished unit is indistinguishable from a new home.

The insulated patio cover Locali installed over our back patio made our outdoor space usable year-round. Recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and it keeps the area 15 degrees cooler in summer. Professional installation and the crew was respectful and clean.

Locali transformed our cramped master bathroom into a spa-like retreat. Walk-in shower with frameless glass, freestanding tub, dual vanity, and heated floors. The tile work is magazine quality. They completed it in five weeks and we had use of our guest bath the entire time.

We replaced our dead front lawn with artificial turf from Locali and it looks incredible. Multiple neighbors have asked who did it. The installation was thorough - proper base, drainage, and the turf itself looks and feels real. Zero maintenance and our water bill dropped significantly.

Locali poured a new stamped concrete patio and walkway for us. The slate pattern looks exactly like real stone and the color is beautiful. The crew was efficient, cleaned up completely, and the finished product has held up perfectly through two rainy seasons.
